It's sure is a mocking of the current Japanese Anime culture hahahahaha.
But still entertaining (in terms of story, not 2D boobs).
It's a very bright and colorful graphical style. Very interesting. And the special effects such as the bubble hearts is cool too :)
Funny thing is, this is an ad for Grand Theft Auto (?)
